WHO ARE YOU, IN THE REALMS OF THE SPIRIT?

*”But the evil spirit retorted, “I know and recognize and acknowledge Jesus, and I know about Paul, but as for you, who are you?” Acts 19:15 AMP

Just like you cannot be moving around without an identity in the physical realm, you cannot do the same in the spiritual realms! You have to be able to identify yourself!

If human beings are confused about your true identity, probably because you have succeeded in fooling them with false impressions; you cannot do that with spirit beings! They know you so well!! Do you belong to God? Or are you on satan’s side? Here, you cannot be neutral or indifferent. In fact, by being indifferent, you have already chosen satan’s side; because God does not relate with indifferent and lukewarm people! Seven sons of Sceva, a certain Jewish Chief Priest, tried faking spiritual identity! They tried casting out a demon from a possessed man, saying “we command you to go out of him, in the name of Jesus whom Paul preaches!” The demon asked them through the man he possessed: ‘who are you? I know Jesus, and I know Paul, but you… who are you?!’ They couldn’t respond; so the possessed man jumped on the seven brothers, beat them up, and wounded them to the point that they had to escape naked!

Dear reader, who are you? In the realms of the spirit, what are you known as? There, there is no fence that you can sit on! You are either in the light, or you are in the dark! Romans 8:9 KJV “But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.” Even if you attend a Church; if the Spirit of Christ is not in you, you are still in the world!

Heavenly Father, thank you for your word! Today, I reject satan and his works, I accept Jesus Christ into my heart as my Lord and Savior! Heavenly Father, fill me with your Spirit now, in Jesus’ name I pray. Amen!
