WALK ON THE EARTH WITH YOUR EYES ON HEAVEN
“And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.” Revelation 21:4 KJV
This verse reminds me of a Woman of GOD, that lost her son. She wept everyday for the boy and sorrowed bitterly for him. One day, the boy showed up in an apparition. And he asked her; “Mummy, why are you crying? …are you crying because of me? …there is no amount of tears you can shed that will make me come back to you {on earth}, here is better. You should actually labour to join me here… Instead of crying.” That day, the woman stopped sobbing for the young man.
Beside the dead, what about many that were taken to Heaven in a trance. Or that the Lord moved their spirit from their body, to give them a tour to Heaven. Not one of them that I have read about and listened to ever wants to return to the earth. Everything here is nothing, compared to what Heaven looks like. The little miracles we celebrate here, those miracles that give us temporary joy, are just tips of the iceberg compared to the life and glory in Heaven. Think of the place where there is no form of pain, no weeping, no one dies, no sorrow, no form of sadness at all. The very presence of GOD -The Father!
That should be the ultimate aim of every single soul on earth. And we cannot get in there by being “good people” only, we must believe in Jesus as our Lord and Savior! There is no other door or passage to GOD and Heaven, but Jesus Christ. “Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.” John 14:6 NKJV. So, to get into the painless and sorrow-free place above, we should all ensure our union with Jesus is intact. If you miss Heaven, you cannot miss hell! Walk on the earth, with your eyes on Heaven!
