LIVING WITHIN THE DOCTRINE OF CHRIST

“Whoever transgresses and does not abide in the doctrine of Christ does not have God. He who abides in the doctrine of Christ has both the Father and the Son.” -II John 1:9 NKJV

As simple and not so celebrated as it may seem, the doctrine of Christ will never have a replacement! You can only do it, or not do it! And, if you will make it to Heaven, you must make sure you live within it while you’re here on earth!

You cannot live within the doctrine of Christ and be friend with every body! Your friends and those you listen to must certainly be selected, by you! *”If anyone comes to you and does not bring this doctrine, do not receive him into your house nor greet him; for he who greets him shares in his evil deeds.”* -II John 1:10‭-‬11 NKJV. Not everyone that professes Christianity is a Christian! The words of Christ will help you to recognize them.

If you live within God’s Word; you will have fellowship with the Trinity! To maintain this fellowship, be sure to mind whom you open your heart to. Select those you call friends and Teachers; intentionally! If you embrace those who are working contrary to God’s word, God sees you as being in the same camp with them! *”Take heed to yourself and to the doctrine. Continue in them, for in doing this you will save both yourself and those who hear you.”* -I Timothy 4:16 NKJV.
