LESSON TO THOSE WHO DISREGARD GODS WORD

“One who turns away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer is an abomination.” -Proverbs 28:9 NKJV

Unless God gives you access into deep mysteries, you might also join others to believe that God doesn’t answer prayers!

Here it is! Look at churches where less time is given to Bible studies and teachings. They pray like God has gone on holiday; and they must fight and cry to get Him back… in order to answer their “emergency” prayers. Whereas, God has set certain laws and rules in motion, that should produce blessings for them. But, since they don’t study the Word, listen to it, or obey it; they look for their own words and methods to persuade God to “someway-somehow” answer their prayers. Like the proverbial son of a wealthy man, who never opened to read the book his father gave to him. That book contained the treasure he could spend all his lifetime. But, he lived in poverty, thinking his father disowned him!

A lot of unanswered prayers of Believers are abominations and repulsive in the ears of God. Because the prayers are coming from rebellious, disobedient, and ignorant hearts. People who treat His word as irrelevant, yet they desire a “wonder” from Him. Please, know God’s word, and do it! “… whatever we ask we receive from Him, because we keep His commandments and do those things that are pleasing in His sight.” -I John 3:22 NKJV. If your prayer is not producing results, check your lifestyle with God’s word first. As a Believer in God, if you remove your attention from His Word, you will miss your way in life! To enjoy unending blessings, and unhindered prayers, walk always in the light of God’s word!
