EMBRACING THE DIVERSE DIMENSIONS OF THE SPIRIT
“But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will. For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ.” 1 Corinthians 12:11-12 KJV
When we were in school, I remember one of the Bible students walked into my house, and he began to tell me and a friend that was with me of how he had entered someone’s farm to pluck some corn to eat. He said he was very hungry. We didn’t ask him where he was coming from before he told us all that story. When he left, I asked my friend, “how would a Pastor, or even a Christian, walk into someone’s farm to pluck their maize and eat without the consent of the farmer??” We were discussing that when another Pastor-student, who had no knowledge of our subject of discussion walked into my house, and he began to speak about the error of condemning the innocent! He quoted the rule in Deuteronomy 23:24-25 that the Israelites could enter their neighbor’s farm and eat to their fill, as long as they would not take the crop out of the farm with their hands or basket! My friend and I were shocked!! Then, that friend also stepped out. My friend told me, “Man of God, that is God correcting us about what we were discussing about that first Man of God!”
The Holy Spirit is God, and He has dimensions that are infinite and unfathomable! Yet, He makes sure that all His operations are founded on the logos (the written word of God); so that we would not be misled or misguided by satan. Whenever you come across an act or dimensions that is beyond your understanding as a Christian, allow the Holy Spirit to guide you to God’s Word, before you draw your conclusions. Do not write-off any spiritual operation or ministry just because you are not familiar with that dimension.
My younger Brother was scrolling through my phonebook, he noticed that almost all the contacts there are of Ministers of God. God has trained me to honor and respect His grace upon men and women! Many of them do not teach or preach in any way like me, but I know God is the One working through them! I embrace and celebrate God’s grace upon their lives. “But all these worketh that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man severally as he will. For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ.“ 1 Corinthians 12:11-12 KJV. Your job is to study and understand the Word of God, it is the job of the Holy Spirit to guide you to authentic ministries! You cannot miss your way if you follow the Word and the Holy Spirit.

Heavenly Father, by your Spirit and your Word, help me to recognize, appreciate, and embrace the ministries and Ministers that you have positioned around me for my advantage, in Jesus’ mighty name I pray… Amen!
