BLESS YOUR HANDIWORK
“Male and female created he them; and blessed them, and called their name Adam, in the day when they were created.” Genesis 5:2 KJV
Blessings are empowerments for anything or anyone to prosper, or to succeed at whatever they were made for! Just as curses are also empowerments, but for anything or anyone to fail, or to be unable to deliver up to expectations!
We are supposed to be imitators of God, if He is our Father! While studying the Bible, I have noticed that God blesses anything, anyone, or any group of persons, as soon as they were created or formed! After creating Adam and Eve, God blessed them: Genesis 1:28 KJV “And God blessed them, and God said unto them, be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.” After the flood, God declared fresh blessings upon Noah and his family (Genesis 9:1). Jesus did the same after gathering His followers: read Luke 24:50-51 KJV “And he led them out as far as to Bethany, and he lifted up his hands, and blessed them. And it came to pass, while he blessed them, he was parted from them, and carried up into heaven!”
You too,, bless that application letter before you send it! Declare blessings upon those credentials that have been unable to fetch you the jobs that you are qualified for! Speak blessings over that project (or contract) before you deliver it to the owners! If you are a Pastor, constantly bless your sheep! If you own a school, spread your hands and speak blessings over the students and the teachers. If you are the Director of your own company, pray over everyone in that organization. Bless your complimentary cards, and anything that represents your products or services! Understand Proverbs 18:20-21 KJV “A man’s belly shall be satisfied with the fruit of his mouth; and with the increase of his lips shall he be filled. Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof.”
