THE EVIL OF UNBELIEF
“Beware, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief in departing from the living God;” -Hebrews 3:12 NKJV
On this earth, nothing moves unless there is a force! Everything happening on earth in the physical realm, has spiritual influences and spiritual undertones.
Many people, like the children of Israel, agree that great works are done. They just don’t care to look keenly for the actual Person doing the works! They see God’s works, but they don’t observe His ways! *”Where your fathers tested Me, tried Me, and saw My works forty years. Therefore I was angry with that generation, and said, ‘they always go astray in their heart, and they have not known My ways.’ So I swore in My wrath, ‘they shall not enter My rest.””* -Hebrews 3:9-11 NKJV.
Unbelief is evil! Because, it only appreciates the works, but not the One doing it! They would wake up to eat the Manner that fell from Heaven, yet ask, ‘is God with us …?’ ‘He has abandoned us here in the jungle!’ Yet, God’s food was in their mouths! Learn to trace God’s steps. Master His moves and ways of doing things. These will help to keep your heart steady! David knew God’s ways so much, that when leaves moved, He could tell God was giving him a sign! Know God’s ways, as you enjoy His works.
