THEY THOUGHT JESUS WAS MAD!

“But when His own people heard about this, they went out to lay hold of Him, for they said, “He is out of His mind.” Mark 3:21 NKJV

Naturally, whatever people don’t understand, they criticize. If what you’re doing is not “normal”, don’t get offended when people misunderstand or mock you! You needn’t curse the ignorant, what he needs is knowledge! Appreciation takes time to get sweet, don’t force it down people’s throats! If carnal people understand your ministry, which is supposed to be spiritually inclined; then your calling is questionable!

The relations of Jesus pounced on Him, saying He needed their help. Because they perceived that He was mad! The Journalists of his days also said: “… He is possessed by Beelzebul (Satan),” and “He is driving out the demons by the [power of the] ruler of the demons.” Mark 3:22 AMP. They were wrong!! Jesus suffered all that, because He was Preaching and Teaching that people should change their lifestyle to godly one. He was healing the sick, and casting out devils! Which they found strange.

Dear reader, feel encouraged by this message today. If people called you nasty names for doing good. Or assumed you were evil, just because you were blazing a trail. Do not get upset. Be faithful to the One that chose you, because that’s the One you’ll give account of your life on earth to. Jesus didn’t stop in order to please His negative critics; He continued! Until some of them became His converts! Emulate Jesus… continue!
