NOTHING WORKS AGAINST THE BLESSED

“Yet your father has deceived me and changed my wages ten times, but God did not allow him to hurt me.” Genesis 31:7 NKJV

Have you ever pondered why God told His children to serve their earthly Masters well, whether they are good or bad Masters? He says; “Servants, be submissive to your masters with all [proper] respect, not only to those who are good and kind, but also to those who are unreasonable.” 1Peter 2:18 AMP.

This is because He will stand as Refree between you and every person that you deal with. “And we know [with great confidence] that God [who is deeply concerned about us] causes all things to work together [as a plan] for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to His plan and purpose.” Romans 8:28 AMP.

Even if someone decides to play a fast one on you, the Bible says give him other things. Every smart game deceitful Uncle Laban played on Blessed Jacob backfired at him. You can’t steal from a blessed man! Neither can you oppress him successfully. See how God mocked Laban: “If he said thus: ‘The speckled shall be your wages,’ then all the flocks bore speckled. And if he said thus: ‘The streaked shall be your wages,’ then all the flocks bore streaked.” Genesis 31:8‭ NKJV. He changed Jacobs wages repeatedly, but God didn’t let Jacob suffer a hurt; he recorded no losses! He gained from every deceitful game that Laban played with him. If you’re a child of God, schemers won’t do the last laugh on you!
