GOD, HAS PLANS TO SETTLE YOU!“For the Lord will have mercy on Jacob, and will still choose Israel, and settle them in their own land. The strangers will be joined with them, and they will cling to the house of Jacob.” Isaiah 14:1 NKJV
One of the big lessons GOD has taught me, is to never live as if GOD has no plans for me. If you are born again, you are GOD’s responsibility! That is not to say that you should fold your arms, expecting GOD to do everything for you. That does not mean you have no roles to play in your success. Neither does this exulnerate you from praying and working hard. I’m simply saying, as long as GOD is your Father, He has plans to settle and organize your life.
You want to succeed and live a settled, peaceful and fulfilled life? GOD desires that more for you. Think about Israel, ever before they began crying for help, GOD already knew where He was taking them to. There was a land flowing with milk and honey, with farms they didn’t cultivate; and houses they didn’t build were waiting for them to occupy! “For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says the Lord, thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.” Jeremiah 29:11 NKJV
To have personal plans is great, but understand this; before you were born GOD knew you! He had plans for you ever before you learnt the alphabets. Life may be tough, but life’s challenges would not cancel the plans that GOD has for you! You will get there!! “… may the God of all grace, who called us to His eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after you have suffered a while, perfect, establish, strengthen, and settle you.” I Peter 5:10 NKJV. Believe me, you will be fine! After all these challenges have passed. You will be massively settled!
