ALL YOU NEED IS IN CHRIST, ASK!“as His divine power has given to us all things that pertain to life and godliness, through the knowledge of Him who called us by glory and virtue.” II Peter 1:3 NKJV
It is by knowledge that you know what is rightfully yours in Christ. The truth is through the sacrifice of Jesus, we have been given all things that pertain to life and godliness.
All things that you need for living well in this life, and living a godly life, are available to you because of your faith in Jesus Christ. ‘But, why don’t I have all that I need?’ You might ask. What you need to do is make demands. “You lust and do not have. You murder and covet and cannot obtain. You fight and war. Yet you do not have because you do not ask.” James 4:2 NKJV.
Once you know what is yours, the proper step to take is to make demands. Jesus has paid the price in full for you to obtain a fulfilling life here on earth. If you aren’t comfortable with what you have, ask for something better. “For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened. Or what man is there among you who, if his son asks for bread, will give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, will he give him a serpent? If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him!” Matthew 7:8-11 NKJV.
PRAY: Father, I pray that you give me this day, and always, everything that I need to live well on this earth, and everything that I need to fulfill my divine purposes, in Jesus mighty name. Amen!
